  I went through the drive thru and ordered a classic roast beef sandwich and a soda water. I was charged almost $10. Had to pay almost $3 for a water that i dont get charged for at any other Arbys. What a rip off.

  After they got my order ready,(15 miutes after I ordered)they handed to another customer. After the other customer dug through the bag they tried to give it to me. I called them out on this and asked for a refund. They didn't even offer an apology. Definitely do not recommend this store.

  Tre has zero clue what he is doing on drive thru. Had zero clue what drinks I ordered, had to ask three times. When I finally got them they weren't what I ordered and were the complete wrong size. I tried to get them to correct my order and they wouldn't. Never coming back.

  Super nice & knowledgeable staff. Food was great. Order to table time was great. 10 out of 10 would recommend!!!! Will be eating there again soon.
