  After Having to deal with the mass traffic at the pellissippi Parkway intersection. Took ten minutes to get through. Then I had a coupon on my phone. For a buy one , get one free beef and cheddar sandwich. The cashier told me that I would have to redeem this coupon through the app. Being frustrated already.I decided to just leave , I get home and I find out that he could have redeemed my coupon in store. I come back 2 days later and the cashier.This time knew that I could redeem in store. The point is seems this cashier that I first encountered\nEither was trying to Evade having to make a sandwich. Or has poor knowledge on how to redeem a coupon. I give a semi good review because the second cashier made up for the first one incompetence. If you represent a company and you are the face of that company, say the cashier\nYour job is too have knowledge , a potential coupons, and How to redeem them. It is not your job to try to get out of work. Don't forget what you showed up to work for. I sure hope it was too perform your job. Make money to pay your bills. It's not to sit around and have conversations with your coworkers. Although this helps past time. You are. There to serve the customers who are paying money to the company who is paying you.

  This is probably the most peaceful place to go for lunch on a weekday in this area. The staff were friendly and my order was correct, and the dining area is relatively clean.

  I love the hardin valley Arby's. The food and service is great. The soda was terrible the last 3 times I tried it so I just dont order soda anymore. Stay away from the Lovell road Arby's. The roast beef is soggy like cat food and horrible flavor. Go here instead!

  They stopped serving the brisket sandwich. Very disappointed. I opted for the Philly cheeses teak. It was gross. It was like ground up steak on a sub bun. No flavor. I won't be back.
