  Sat in drive thru and no one said anything longest wait I’ve ever had. I’ve never stopped at a place that did that. Lots of cars behind me left tooo. Whoever runs your drive thru take them off of it. Yall are losing business

  The staff were amazing and super attentive. It was late night and while most restaurants would have given nasty attitude on the late hour, I received service with a smile. I HIGHLY recommend this Arby's. Exceptional customer service, guys and gals.

  One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at Arby’s. I came up and asked the registered lady how her day was and she just ignored me rolling her eyes. She act annoyed that I was even there. I placed the order and as I was describing what I didn’t want on my sandwich, she again rolled her eyes and was very annoyed at my special order. She then proceeded to use profanity in speaking with her coworkers, and they responded in profanity as well. The tables were filled of crumbs and trash. Horrible representation of Arby’s. Needless to say, I did not ring the bell on the way out

  This was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at Arby’s! Charles and the night crew on May 5, 2026 were incredibly sweet, helpful, and welcoming from the moment we walked in. You can really tell they care about both the food and the customer experience. Everything came out hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. I had the classic meal with curly fries, and my husband ordered the pulled pork bowl — both were fantastic. The curly fries were perfectly crispy, and the pulled pork bowl was flavorful and filling. It’s rare these days to find fast food service that feels genuinely friendly and attentive, but this team absolutely nailed it. Huge shoutout to Charles and the crew for making our night so enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back!

  i am a regular eating there worst food i have received since going there ,manager was on duty, curly fries old and like rubber, went in garbage fish sandwich was dried out over cooked went in garbage, even the peach desert was dried out, end up cooking supper very very disappointed money is tight no one should serve food like this as tight as money it ticket number aabfanm2aeb9 455.pm 5-4-2026 chapman hwy
