  I took my son last night here after I picked him up from school (Pellissippi Community College) and went to the drive thru. There was only 1 vehicle waiting and it looked like she's been waiting awhile. We pulled up and paid and waited and waited. No other cars at this point was at the drive through. Ten minutes later, the girl Infront of us finally got hers and at this point i turned off my car as i have no idea how much longer we will have to wait. Then a couple more cars came up to the drive thru. This older woman (not the woman older than her working the dine in counter) with blonde curly hair came up and asked what we ordered. She looked irritated. I never said a word to anyone nor made any faces at all. She found our bag, handed it to me very rudely and slam the window at us. She was super rude even though i never said a word nor complain not gave any of them that look. I felt sorry for the two young men who were working the drive thru that night with her. They are probably new and got confused and that is why i never complained nor even followed up on our order. We simply waited. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. I hope she isn't the manager because i feel sorry for those two young men who had to deal with her bad attitude.

  I am never coming to this location again. There were 3 workers inside the building when I came through the drive thru this evening. A younger girl took my payment and didn't even look at me then shut the window,a few mintes later a younger guy handed me the food as I was asking for sauce he slammed the window. They looked like zombies honestly. I beeped my horn to try to get thier attention (no luck) knocked on wimdown (no luck) the only other person working there looked like a 85 yr old woman and I dont think she was ignoring me jusy couldn't hear. Walked in to get arbys sauce no cups to get it in and noone to ask. Super ridiculous

  I was part of a very large group (two nearly full buses) that came in today (7/7/26). I wanna say it took over 30 minutes for everyone to order and receive their food, which is very quick compared to most other fast food places. I had two errors with my food, that were clearly caused by the rush of the large group, so not necessarily a bad thing. The people who were working at that time (I didnt catch their names) very quickly made it right, whilst still dealing with a large mass of orders. They did all of this while still keeping the drive thru at a steady pace! After everyone got their food, one of the cooks came out and thanked all of us for being so patient! I overheard this one man (looked to be around 17-20) say he got off at 2:30 but would stay over if he had to, and I believe he did, I wasnt watching the time though. Overall, I was very pleased with the experience and will recommend this Arby's to people in the future!
