  I am never coming to this location again. There were 3 workers inside the building when I came through the drive thru this evening. A younger girl took my payment and didn't even look at me then shut the window,a few mintes later a younger guy handed me the food as I was asking for sauce he slammed the window. They looked like zombies honestly. I beeped my horn to try to get thier attention (no luck) knocked on wimdown (no luck) the only other person working there looked like a 85 yr old woman and I dont think she was ignoring me jusy couldn't hear. Walked in to get arbys sauce no cups to get it in and noone to ask. Super ridiculous

  I was part of a very large group (two nearly full buses) that came in today (7/7/26). I wanna say it took over 30 minutes for everyone to order and receive their food, which is very quick compared to most other fast food places. I had two errors with my food, that were clearly caused by the rush of the large group, so not necessarily a bad thing. The people who were working at that time (I didnt catch their names) very quickly made it right, whilst still dealing with a large mass of orders. They did all of this while still keeping the drive thru at a steady pace! After everyone got their food, one of the cooks came out and thanked all of us for being so patient! I overheard this one man (looked to be around 17-20) say he got off at 2:30 but would stay over if he had to, and I believe he did, I wasnt watching the time though. Overall, I was very pleased with the experience and will recommend this Arby's to people in the future!

  Just ordered at 2:40p, gentlemen at the window advised my to pull to front of store in handicap spot and he’d bring my food out. I asked how long and his response was “when they give it to me”. Mind you he had two other cars pulled up waiting for their orders as well. Received order ahead of everyone because I sat at the window and waited for my food. Then I receive this as a “large fry”. Pitiful service.
