  Went through the drive thru. I had been there earlier in the day, a large fry, and diet coke, was left out off of my order, I didn't get it. I had my daughter call to let them know.They took her name, was nice, nobig deal. ( Most would think.) The wife told the man at the window about the diet coke, ( she didn't want the fries). He was there all day, he didn't hear about that. He insinuated she was lying. He said he didnt hear about it, so it didn't happen. Does that mean if Tony doesn't hear about something, it didn't happen? Tony acted like a jerk that has let whatever management position he has, go straight to his head. That diet coke cost you all us as customers and every friend I tell. Tony needs to be trained in customer service. My wife asked his name, for this reason. He never smiled the time she was at the drive thru. He needs a new line of work

  I had made a large order and they were so nice and friendly even though they had a big line and were very busy. When I got home 2 of my sandwiches were wrong ,so I called them and they were so polite and kind and said that they would fix it with no issues. When I went back, it had been about a week or so due to me having a death in the family, they greeted me with a smile and fixed my previous order. I also order more food and they still were all smiles and so kind. I've never had a bad experience at this Arby's.

  Ask for sandwich with Azure sauce got sandwich no sauce. Drivr had to wait along time Also fries old. If I had just wanted and srby I would have order it ..
