  I had made a large order and they were so nice and friendly even though they had a big line and were very busy. When I got home 2 of my sandwiches were wrong ,so I called them and they were so polite and kind and said that they would fix it with no issues. When I went back, it had been about a week or so due to me having a death in the family, they greeted me with a smile and fixed my previous order. I also order more food and they still were all smiles and so kind. I've never had a bad experience at this Arby's.

  Ask for sandwich with Azure sauce got sandwich no sauce. Drivr had to wait along time Also fries old. If I had just wanted and srby I would have order it ..

  Issue being that the uniforms are black shirts. The sweetest person at the window was covered in dog hair and none of her coworkers or management bothered telling her. And she was making milk shakes and serving food. That is a huge turn off in the restaurant business.

  I went to Arbys and there was some rude people in there blasting something like "Lets get married I'm getting married?" and getting this nasty meat pounder then this guy named "Rod Wave?" and people went crazy. 0/10 never coming back
