  The coffee is okay, staff is pretty stand offish, but some are great. The loud blaring music is extremely obnoxious.

  Always super yum! Wish they would not offer to tip them. I put zero, but if they didn’t “beg” or ask….it give something. Pretty sure it’s a corporate decision to program that into the iPads. Shame on corp….apologies to the hard workers.

  Left unhappy. I ordered a Rocky Road milkshake, had been my go to since I started going here. They gave me a caramel milkshake. When I asked why it had caramel drizzle in it and it was a lighter color than normal, she proceeded to agree it’s always been that way. I tasted it and it was just straight caramel and overly sweet. She again tries to convince me it is supposed to be that way. I ended up just leaving and going somewhere else.

  I ordered iced strawberry Matcha latte with almond milk at this store. Usually when I order that drink at different coffee and tea establishments the drink is green. When I was handed the drink it was brown. So I asked “is this the matcha?” The guy proceeds to give me the Gen Z stare and the girl beside him says yes (without explaining they use a strawberry purée syrup instead of a clear flavoring). As I was proceeding to leave with my windows down the guy who handed me my drink, yells, red and green make brown and started laughing. If I wanted a lesson on the color wheel, I would’ve asked. I just wanted to make sure it wasn’t a coffee or a chai tea since there was other customers in line. I think that employees’s comment was very unprofessional and immature. If you don’t have anything nice to say don’t say it at all or wait till their windows are rolled up.
