  Have visited 3 times and the staff was incompetent rude every time. Very cavalier.

  every time I go here they either take 30 minutes for a grilled cheese or they just won’t give you your food at all. And there speakers barely work to you have to yell into them.

  Will not go back to that dump. At least one half of the stations to order were not even on the post so no way to order from those. Ordered 2 drinks, waited 40 minutes and finally called and told them we were at station 6 and were waiting on 2 drinks. Reduculios...definitely need some repairs and evidently help

  Food is old I asked for ranch at the speaker didn’t get any so I asked an Employee as they walked by she said I’ll get it never came

  Why is it named sonic? It takes sooooo long to get a simple blast! After a 30 minute wait and after asking once how much longer it would be the employee came out to tell us the ice cream machine wasn't freezing and instead of blasts they would have to make shakes. Terrible horrible the worst experience
