We soak our beans overnight all of our food is cooked in rice bran oil which is great for digestion. Our cheese is shredded fresh in house off the block. We use certified Angus beef, our chicken is no artificial hormones added. We use grade A hass quality avocados. We have a great selection of gluten-free vegan and vegetarian items.
