  I went to drive through, and upon arrival to the speaker, I let the order take her know that I had a coupon for a free item. She proceeded to seem confused, which was okay. But, I wouldn't in line for another 15 minutes all for a cup of ice cream, and then when I get to the window, she acts very surprised that I give her a coupon, and she seemed very annoyed. She gave me an annoyed look, and slammed the window. I didn't know that presenting a coupon for a free item would be all that difficult, as I have worked fast food twice in my lifetime. This girl was working the window around 5:00 p.m., and she seemed to be anywhere between the age of 15 and 20. I feel like she overreacted over the coupon.

  Took long time sit at Windsow to even pay and get 2 hot fudge Sundea and the hot fudge was cold spent over 10 dollars and thru them away went to other sonic on east stone drive theirs was great all about the workers

  We like Sonic , but had trouble with the one in Rogersville (food sit inside 20 mins before we got it and it was ice cold, lol but they brought it to us anyways) the one in Greeneville (brought us 1 sauce pack for 2 people then wanted to charge extra for more) but this one on 1124 E. Stone Dr. was EXCEPTIONAL they got our order right and fast, they even stamped the burger that was special order, most just leave it to you to figure out which one, the Carhop Emma D, was super nice and friendly. This is the BEST one we've been to..... Keep up the good work!

  Pam is the absolute Best! My wife and I love to visit and chat with her. She always gets our orders right. The app could use some work. Such as, being able to use 2 coupons at the same time.

  Stopped at Kingsport location to try the $6 smash burger, it was so good, we went back the next day. Order was delivered quickly and HOT, fries are great.
