- GWGina Warren5 days ago2.0Let me start by saying I am a huge fan of McDonald's. I was eating McDonald's before I was a year old. My mom would get me McDonald's so much that my aunt would get mad at her. With that being said, this McDonald's needs some serious work! It was clear to me that the person at the window was being trained. What irritated me was that the person training the poor individual either left him alone, wasn't paying attention (maybe grabbing with other workers) or was not being helpful. Either way, this individual was struggling to rake our order so I said nevermind, drove around and ordered inside. In side was pretty clean, except by the public soda area, that could be cleaned better. But not a big deal. 30 minutes later.....get food and go home. Burgers were dry and had a weird taste. Fries were good! Drinks were good! People were friendly. Where my concern lies is management! The workers do not look happy at all, friendly but not happy. I may just have to go the extra couple of miles to the other McDonald's if this doesn't do a better job overall!

I have been working customer service and management for eleven years, and there is something deeply flawed in the management of this location. The poor treatment of employees ((in public, mind you)), the issues with the food and orders, and the lack of timeliness and efficiency reflects ONLY on poor management. I feel as though I’ve wasted money, and this is just disappointing. I feel very badly for the workers at this location, as well as for my wallet.
