We bought a dozen donuts and probably could’ve fit six more in the box. They were so small.. The glaze was nowhere to be seen and the donuts tasted like they were a day old. I am very disappointed to say the least I will not shop at Krispy Kreme again.

Smaller donuts for the same price what a joke never again will I pay my hard earned money for this ever again

I ordered a customized dozen of specialty donuts online with no issue but when I made it to the drive through I was informed the store did not have 8 of the 12 donuts I ordered. The store offered alternatives but I declined and asked for a refund, which they gave. How does a company the size of Krispy Kreme not have a functional inventory management system to let me order donuts the store didn't have? I wasted my time thinking I was able to get what I wanted and had to go through a refund process. This was disappointing since I did want donuts but left with nothing. Not impressed by the management at the corporate level that allows this when I have never had this issue at other large chains. The drive through worker was pleasant and apologetic, which I did appreciate.
