  When we arrived we waited for 5 mins to be seated in a restaurant that only had 2 tables occupied. There was a worker at one of the tables just talking away with the customers while we stood there waiting to be seated. When we finally got seated the waitress we had was very pleasant and friendly. The food was great as usual. We love this johnnys, it is way better than the one in bristol and was our first time ever having any ossue. Gave only 4 stars because why did we have to wait in the first place in an almost empty restaurant.

  Food was good, but the server seemed to be more interested in going outside then serving us. With a different server probably get one more star.

  Been coming regularly since I was a kid, love this place, the people that work here, and the service I get. There isn’t one bad thing on the menu either. If you are looking for a quick and easy lunch or planning on staying and hanging out to watch your favorite team and ball game then this is your place.

  We had an absolutely incredible experience at Johnny Brusco’s Pizza! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and the staff made us feel right at home. The service was fast, friendly, and attentive without ever feeling rushed. Now the food… wow. The pizza was hands down some of the best we’ve hadperfectly cooked crust, fresh toppings, and packed with flavor in every bite. You can tell everything is made with care and quality ingredients. We also tried a few sides, and they were just as impressive. What really stood out was how consistent everything was from the cleanliness of the restaurant to the professionalism of the staff. It’s not just a place to grab a meal, it’s a place you actually enjoy spending time in. We’ll definitely be coming back, and I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for great pizza and an all-around awesome dining experience!

  This is our second time coming to Johnny Bruscos in Kingsport. Our first experience with JBs was excellent from the food to the service. Service is a critical factor. Ava was our waitress the first time and she was Great, Very pleasant personality and a pet peeve of mine. "Don't let my Drink get empty" I never even had to ask, my drink was always kept filled. She made the experience we had a good time. Pizza and calzone were excellent as well. Free Garlic knots made the meal. we Loved it. Now or second trip to JBs . We had the pleasure of having Tabitha as our waitress, got a friendly greeting as we walked in. She was again a very pleasant waitress, Kept my drinks filled with out me having to ask or wait. another fun experience. Again the food was excellent . This time we had the Italian pizza and the Bronx bommer and of course Garlic knots Don't know why we waited so long to try this place. will definitely return
