  Went in after work and got met with a girl with pink hair who acting like me and my husband making her do her job was the worst thing that could possibly happen to her. Not only that but apparently we took her last bread and we then got met with her slamming everything around and throwing things everywhere, needless to say I don’t care about the food, I will not be back as long as she is there cause I can’t stand lazy people who don’t want to do there job🙄

  I dont normally do this, I’m pretty sure this is my first time leaving a negative review but I had to share this. North Eastman rd#7 whoever owns this location find better employees please, I’ve been ordering from you all for a few years with good experience this was the first time my sandwhich was messed up, I’m Not mad about the sandwhich I’m mad about how your employees handle THEIR own mistakes, My turkey sub had ZERO turkey it was 3 layers of provolone cheese. When I explained that dude said “well we go by weight” weight of what? It’s all cheese dude lol. He finally offered to bring out another sandwich but why would I want that when both employees I encountered are being little sour pouts about having to work? With that attitude I don’t want it. So I ate my cheese sandwich and from now on I will go to Jersey Mikes. To the owner-you need customers to stay in business, you’re losing business with your current manager guy who worked July 3rd 2026- . Same with your delivery driver that night.
