Mistakes happen but to literally not offer an apology or any kind of effort to make it right for your customers is the kind of arrogance that leads to people taking a stand and taking their buisness elsewhere. Be kind to your good customers, we're the reason you're in buisness.

Won't be back--- My daughters teacher went thru earlier today for donuts to celebrate her birthday. (Something I asked her to do and paid for). They gave her blue donuts when she asked for vanilla, I understand their vanilla is currently blue but when she called to have it fixed they were rude and didn't offer to help fix this at all. She asked if she could exchange them or if they had anything vanilla undyed and they literally went silent on the phone. Ended up having to run to Ingels to grab vanilla donuts so several kids with allergies could enjoy. I understand its not the employees fault the vanilla donuts are blue but why not say that. Its 2 weeks after the 4th of July. Why would i assume they are blue? When customers call and ask for help solving a problem silence is a slap in the face. Didn't apologize, didn't acknowledge our concern. Nothing. Terrible customer service. Whatever guy was working there at 9am on 7/16 needs to learn how to treat customers.

Guy who works there with a beard is super rude seriously he shouldn't be at the window talking to customers because he is never friendly, never smiles, never says thank you, never acknowledges when we thank him, always rushes and makes you feel like you're inconviencing them for buying there. I have other options. Now I'm going to use them. You lost a customer because of him and I promise I'm not the first or last.

Ordered a box 12, 6 vanilla donuts with sprinkles. They gave me blue donuts. I called to try to get it fixed. The guy who answered (also the one to take my order at the store) was no help at all. Didn't offer a solution just said that the blue was the vanilla. I explained we had a blue dye allergy and couldn't eat them and asked why that wasnt advertised or explained at the drive thru. He literally said nothing just silence on the phone and then, "ok, bye" and hung up on me. Hes usually rude taking the orders at the store, brisk, never says hello or responds to customers talking to him. The ladies working there are usually really nice but this guy is a jerk. Throwing away a $16 box of donuts because they couldn't let me know that all my vanilla donuts were going to be blue. Won't be back.
