- VVVorcidian2 days ago1.0I’ve been coming to this Dunkin almost every day for about a year, and I’ve finally decided to leave a review because it doesn’t seem like anything is ever going to improve. Everyone knows this location’s reputation, so it’s unfortunately not surprising that I’ve had to go back inside multiple times to have orders fixed or drinks remade. These aren’t occasional mistakes either it’s the same mistakes repeatedly, or employees simply not seeming to know their own menu. What I don’t understand is why wanting the food and drinks I paid for to be made correctly seems to be taken as a personal insult. I’m not being rude by asking for an order to be fixed. Mistakes happen, but the attitude customers get in response is completely unnecessary. At this point, it’s almost worth making the longer drive to the Colonial Heights location. Their wait times are actually better anyway, and at least I don’t have to wonder whether my order will be made correctly. I’m not expecting perfection. Just know your menu, make the order correctly, and treat customers with some basic respect.

They tried to tell me this was avocado even though nothing i ordered had avocado. extremely disappointed with my experience. I will not be returning to this dunkin.
- TVTawney VeezJul 2, 20263.0I could only give them three stars overall because although the order taker seemed to take the care and time to enter our order into the system correctly she told us there wasn't a button for cinnamon sugar so the screen would show something different but assured us that beverage would receive cinnamon sugar. On the second beverage we were told the same about omitting mocha drizzle and adding caramel drizzle, there wasn't a button for that and although it said something else we would get what we had ordered. Unfortunately whomever was preparing our beverages wasn't privy to this inside information and prepared both beverages the way the screen read. So needless to say, both beverages were wrong. And they weren't very good either. So I'm giving them three stars for the effort and that's it. Better luck next time guys! If there is a next time....
