Ordered an egg platter this morning and didn't get the biscuit. Went back in to get it and they said it'd be 8 minutes, were out of biscuits . They failed to tell me in the drive-thru they were out, just gave me the platter without it. They did give me a boberry biscuit when I went in to get it. I noticed later I didn't have my side of gravy. I called back and ask for the manager and told him everything, he said he took my order and I didn't order gravy, a side of sausage. I told him it was on my ticket. On a separate order I had to get a replacement biscuit from earlier in the week. Check my ticket 486215, 5/16 at 10:10:14am. I ordered gravy and the ticket speaks for itself. He did offer to replace however I didn't like him telling me I didn't order it. You also have one lady who is very hateful to customers, she has been rude to me and my Dad. We were discussing Bojangles the other day. This same lady told my husband and I to go through the line when no one was in the line. She was about through with a customer when we came in on the order side. She said it hateful so we left and went to Hardee's. Another time before she handed my food, she stood there blowing steam because the cook made her mad. This location is the worst, I don't understand why it is not straighten out! After all of this, I decided to post because I'll cook my own biscuits and gravy or go to Hardee's or Stone drive location. It has always been the best. Ft. Henry use to be great years ago.

I placed an order on the app and had hoped to come inside to use the bathroom. Unfortunately the dining room was closed today. Drive up it is! The order was taken by what I believe was AI. Voice very rote and cold, my surprise when the young man at the window was the opposite. He was courteous, friendly, upbeat, and very caring. He immediately apologized for my inconvenience and explained my order would be e ready soon, to pull into the parking area, and he would bring it out. (The app actually said 10 more minutes.) He offered my drink immediately so I could enjoy it while I waited. This young man gets an A+ in customer service I hope he continues to work with people, he has a talent. The food was good, hot, and exactly what I expected. Good job Ft. Henry Bo's!

I’m only giving this 1 star across the board for the mental and physical health of your own employees. I placed an in store pickup order on 4/17 at 7:41am. There was only ONE employee working the entire store with a drive thru line almost wrapped around the building. For what it’s worth, she was working her hardest with a smile on her face to make sure everyone was taken care of. I can’t help but feel that this was caused by lack of staffing due to the AI system used at the drive thru window. Please, relieve your staff. Employ people, don’t use AI. She handled things beautifully and if I could give her a 5 star rating, I would, but Bojangles should be absolutely ashamed of themselves to leave her working alone on a rush hour morning. I pray she finds better employment than Bojangles. This company does not deserve the woman working this morning. She showed up with dedication and love for her job only to be let down and overwhelmed because of what I assume is upper management not wanting to staff another person in the morning because of the AI drive thru. Do better.

Came through here and ordered 2 of the bojangler sandwiches. My food was incorrect. They slapped mayo and a pickle on it instead of the tartar sauce that’s supposed to go on it and it was disgusting. Neither sandwich got eaten, mind you, $15. We were the only car in the drive thru aside from one person behind us, seriously? Is it that hard to get a 2 item order correct?

Here is my main issue so this place uses AI technology for drive-through orders and accepts Apple Pay, which is a form of advanced technology for drive-through and in-house orders. However, everyone knows the convenience of Apple Pay or Google Pay is using your phone or digital wallet. Apparently the manager is telling staff to not take digital forms of payment through the drive-through such as using your phone for apple or google pay. which defeats the purpose of both payment methods. if you don’t want to accept Apple Pay or google pay just decline offering it it’s that simple. Don’t have your service workers. Give some excuses to why they can’t accept it when in reality you just don’t want to accept Apple Pay or Google pay.
