  WEST STONE DRIVE LOCATION - I was so sick I couldn’t even get a photo. I Got a Shirley Temple and took a sip to only realize there was a BLACK cherry and a DEAD BUG floating on top of my soda probably the size pf my thumb. Didn’t the person have to see this when putting the lid on my drink or perhaps when she scooped the cherry into my drink????? Upset doesn’t begin to tell you how I feel about this place right now. Yes we got out money back no I wont eat or drink ANYTHING from there again!.

  This is a great place to eat. It has friendly workers who actually get the order right. Would recommend stopping by if you are in the area

  This store needs to get someone that knows how to take an order. Normally when you say two that means two not one.!

  Went through the drive through today. I said “hey I have a bigger order than usual” (4 combos). As I began my order, after the first one I was told “okay go ahead and pull around” like???? I proceeded to go around and explain that I had more to order but apparently that’s super confusing. Payment however was another issue. I had about $50 in cash which we thought would cover it all but there was still around $2 after tax unaccounted for. I said “oh that’s fine” and handed her my phone for tap to pay…she put the whole order on my phone…. I literally had to remind her to give me the money back too by the way. I won’t even go into this part but needless to say the whole order was messed up but be honest we just wanted the desert so we didn’t even try to get the other things missing. I’m not even dogging on Arby’s but what a drive through experience.
