  The employees, especially the young man who took my order, were so friendly and pleasant. Then again, they always are! He was efficient in taking my order, but he took a moment to talk to me. I didn't feel like I was just another customer in a line of cars. I felt appreciated.

  Fast service and staff is always friendly and smiling. The sweet young lady that waited on me was so kind and outgoing. She talked with my 2 yr old granddaughter and that made her day.

  My husband just went to the one on Stone Drive and normally the staff is courteous and respectful however a younger girl took my husbands order and was rude and disrespectful when he ordered. She did not ask for his phone number just asked “What do you want”. When my husband got his drink, it wasn’t mixed well so he drove back around to have this addressed and the same girl addressed him again in a rude manner. She did not apologize nor did they offer to make another one. Instead she said “what do you want”. My husband ended up getting a different type of drink that time and was charged again. My husband is a veteran and not that it should give him special treatment but he could have been shown some respect at least as a customer who frequents that 7 brew quite often.
