  My husband just went to the one on Stone Drive and normally the staff is courteous and respectful however a younger girl took my husbands order and was rude and disrespectful when he ordered. She did not ask for his phone number just asked “What do you want”. When my husband got his drink, it wasn’t mixed well so he drove back around to have this addressed and the same girl addressed him again in a rude manner. She did not apologize nor did they offer to make another one. Instead she said “what do you want”. My husband ended up getting a different type of drink that time and was charged again. My husband is a veteran and not that it should give him special treatment but he could have been shown some respect at least as a customer who frequents that 7 brew quite often.

  My wife is pregnant, so apparently “the baby” has already decided that 7 Brew is a daily necessity! 😂☕️ Lily, Anna, and Maggie are our absolute go-to’s. They are incredibly professional, personable, and genuinely a joy to be around. They always greet you with a smile and somehow make every visit better than the last. Mady, one of the managers, also deserves a shoutout. She does an amazing job keeping everything running smoothly and is always willing to jump in and get things done. We couldn’t recommend this place more! Great drinks, great people, and great service every single time. Is there a 6-star option? Because they’ve earned it! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  i go here all the time, never had a snarky employee until today. after taking our order, she hid her IPad over her face to whisper to her coworker, while staring and laughing at us. apologies to the very professional and kind man at the register, who I was a little rude to while telling him my complaint. if you are reading this, i am very sorry..but not to the girl who’s never learned to whisper properly. yummy drinks tho lol
