Where to start with my review.... I ordered 2 footlong subs on my Subway App. I did this to help reduce the cost since Your company was offering a promotion. I placed the order and was given a time to pick up my order in approx 10 or 15 minutes. I go to pick up the order and was told that the order was CANCELED. The reason is they did not have what I ordered. I didn't receive a phone call, email or text message. I asked if it could still get my promotions that I had if I reordered in the restaurant. Very rudely was to NO! We cannot do that. I asked about my money that I spent. It goes back on the card and I have no proof if it will unless I contact my bank. I have gone to other Subway stores and haven't not been treated with such rudeness and disrespect. I will never order anything ever again from this location.

I just ordered two foot longs through the app. We had paid for 50% extra meat and the meat was very skimpy. My wife's sandwich was the subway club and it had one slice of roast beef on each side. The regular sandwich should have 2 on each side. How do you order 50% more meat and get one slice of beef.I called and they told me the only thing they could do is remake it. I did not want to get out again so I asked if she could just give me a credit for the extra meat and they could not do that. $1.75 a sandwich and they can't do that?
To top things off half way through the sandwich my wife realized she didn't have any cheese. Looked at mine, me neither.
Called the restaurant back, 5 times. They evidently have caller ID and are not going to answer for me.
This is the worst example I have ever seen of customer service. This is the third time i have been there.Previous 2 overlooked the attitude because it is normal with the kids here for some reason. But not this time.
Attitude when you order, attitude when you pick up the food, attitude if you have any issue.
I will drive 3 times as far next time to avoid this place.
AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE

Wouldn’t even give one star if didn’t have to. Smh I ordered through door dash as I don’t have a car if I did I’d bring this back! Spent 20 for one foot long with tip and delivery asked for extra Mayo and banana peppers and there is barely any on it. Barley any toppings! I did look at reviews first and thought I’d give them a chance but after this nope NEVER again DONT TAKE THE CHANCE!!!! I be ordering EVER AGAIN
