  I live in Jonesborough and frequent this location often, but honestly, I’ve reached my limit with it. I’m at the point where I’d rather drive an extra 15 minutes out of my way just to go to the Johnson City location instead. Every single time I come here, something is wrong with my order. I specifically come inside to place my order because I know I tend to customize things, and I’m trying not to inconvenience the employees with a long list of modifications at the drive-thru. But at this point, I genuinely don’t know why I even bother, because the order ticket apparently never gets read anyway. They consistently make whatever they think the order says instead of what was actually ordered. I’m paying extra charges for substitutions, add-ons, and upgraded items, yet I still receive the original menu item half the time instead of the customized version I built and paid for. If you’re going to offer substitutions and add-ons, then the kitchen needs to actually follow the ticket and make the order correctly. It’s frustrating to pay more money and still not receive what you ordered. From now on, I’ll be checking every single item before I leave the property, and the next time this happens, I’ll be speaking directly with a manager. Consistency and attention to detail matter, especially when customers are paying additional money for modifications.

  If I speak with someone At the front cashier about the DoorDash, I am waiting for. I should not have to wait five minutes for them to finish organizing sauce packets for me to get my order. Or maybe if you all placed DoorDash’s where we could reach them I would not have to wait on this lady 2:22 PM May 11 The ladies in the back finished the order, placed it beside the cashier, and she continued to finish organizing sauce packets before she acknowledged the order and gave it to me. SMH

  The quesadilla wrap is not at all what I expected it to be has too much of the sauce compared to the chicken and cheese on it and it's like they just threw a small bit of everything but the cantina sauce on there to hurry up and get the order done and over with. Very disappointed
