  I have been sick for days, and I finally have an appetite and want some salty fries to help bring up my electrolytes. My husband brings me my fries, and they are completely unsalted. Not undersalted. Unsalted. We had one thing on the order. How do you not salt the dadgum fries?!

  Everytime I come to this location, I’ll be the only person in line and get moved up to the waiting area and wait 10 mins. Always forgets sauces. Makes no sense.

  Every time I go through drive-thru they leave out food I live 20 minutes away I can't just come back I am not happy with this McDonald's and when you try to call them they won't answer the phone

  Avoid the McDonald's at this location if you expect to actually receive what you paid for. On our last visit on April 14th, the order was a mess from start to finish. We were charged for both a 4-piece Chicken McNuggets and a 6-piece Chicken McNuggets, and received neither of them. Not one nugget. Two packs of BBQ Sauce though. The McDouble was also made wrong. The receipt clearly said no American cheese, but they put cheese on it anyway, as usual. We only caught it because we obsessively check these since they make them wrong almost every single time. So much so that we completely missed the fact that there were absolutely no nuggets in the bag. I called the store about the missing nuggets and was told to come back and show the receipt. Nobody took my name, number, or any details at all, which made it pretty clear there would be no real effort to fix the issue. Then corporate customer service was no help either. Their response was basically "we can't help you." What makes this worse is that this is not some one-off bad visit. There always seems to be a problem at this location. Missing items, wrong items, sloppy accuracy, and no meaningful recovery when they mess up. I'm so sick of giving my money to a company that doesn't deserve it. For us that means no more McDonald's going forward.

  The food was cold. The service what more like "what's this service thing you speak of". I said excuse me about 4 times to get an employees attention because her back was to me and when she finally turned around she literally huffed at me in exasperation. There was another lady that was running food to the drive thru window where they have to pull ahead and wait that was very nice to her customers and actually did bring me my sandwich when it was ready so I'm giving an extra star just because of that but overall it was the standard level of dismissal food and service many have come to expect from fast food restaurants anymore.
