  Waited 15 min and never was waited all. They were either short staffed or their boxes dont work.

  I've tried to order here three times this month, and I've had to leave the first two times due to them not answering the red button. Those times I gave up after 30 minutes. Today, I try again, and i order online to get around that issue, and I wait 20 minutes for my food to get to me. They gave me extra ice on my tea instead of lite ice. The hotdogs I got were tough and I asked for extra mustard on one, which ok but they drowned it in mustard. I'm completely disappointed in the service here. I had to get them to fix my drink, and I got. Route 44, and she took my drink, and gave it back with light ice, but gave me a short straw! I feel they're doing this on purpose! The lady with the weird dyed hair was my server today.

  I only popped in to get a coffee, the card reader on the big menu board didn’t read my card. The carhop had to bring out the mobile reader. She was nice, big purple hair real sweetheart.

  This was one of the most disappointing experiences I've had at a Sonic. I ordered a chocolate milkshake, and it tasted almost watered down. There was barely any chocolate flavor at all—it was bland, thin, and nothing like a chocolate milkshake should be. The bigger disappointment was the Turtle Truffle Blast. Instead of what was advertised, I was handed what was essentially a plain vanilla milkshake with an extra charge for adding truffles. There were maybe six truffle pieces thrown in, and for some reason there were a couple of Reese's cups mixed into it. It was bizarre, completely different from what I ordered, and not even close to the menu description. To make matters worse, I was charged extra for an item they couldn't even make correctly. Paying more for the wrong product is incredibly frustrating. The quality was poor, the order was inaccurate, and the whole experience felt like a waste of money. If this is the standard they're willing to serve, I'd recommend going somewhere else for dessert.

  Update: Since the team replied to my review with empathy, I bumped up the rating to a 3 star. I appreciate communication and accountability Service and speed to getting food was great. Low survey score because the fries and tots were over cooked. It appeared and tasted like they took stale, sitting around tots and fries and basically refried them to appear freshly prepared. With Pals around and other options, I doubt we will ever go back to Sonic. Money wasted as we threw the tots and fries away!
