  Ordered on the app and it took me walking up to the window for them to bring me my order 45 minutes late. Do not recommend.

  They take forever to answer and bring the food. This is the slowest and worst sonic here. Takes decades for one freaking drink

  The service here is atrocious I stopped bye today at 6pm on a Sunday the 9th to get 2 shakes and a drink no food waited over 40min the on screen app said it on its way out and then it disappeared and we never got the shakes pretty sure we watched the lady with are order walk bye us and give it to someone else then she tried to give us someone else's order after another 10min of waiting then the guy next to us spoke up said he had been waiting for a door dash order for 45min I dont know who is running this location but it needs to get fixed we never got what we asked for they just gave us 2 random shakes that we did not want

  Ordered through door dash. The dasher sat at the store over 30 minutes waiting on my chili cheese fries and strawberry sundae. Their google profile says they close at 1am. Dasher was there at 10:30 pm. They turned off the press buttons and said sorry we closed "early". Thankfully my dasher did not accept that. She brought my food but the sundae was completely melted and the chili cheese fries were cold. I can see the sonic from my hotel room. I ordered from the same sonic two nights ago and no issues. I "assume" someone is lazy and the franchisee needs to look into a staff replacement. I watched the dasher on the map and can assure you the delay was not on her.

  Its been a few years, but the food and service both declined drastically. server forgot marinara twice, my hot dog the bread was soggy and the hotdog hard.
