Let's start by saying i walked in to see no one wearing anything to cover ling hair and long beards. The manager let 4 men block the drive and decided to scream at me about where I parked. Ironically I was the only female in the lobby and the only person with a disabled parking placard and tag. Food was cold. It was storming and this guy decided he was only big enough or brave enough to yell at a 90lb disabled woman when the lobby was filled with large men who blocked all parking...men he didn't have the balls to speak to. Also my order was 25 minutes later than the alert told me it would be. They hadn't even started the at first time expected time for pick up. Save yourself the time and trouble. You'll get better pizza at little Ceasars

Short version - the woman behind the counter was rude, lied to me, and then was totally disrespectful. The whole story - I placed my order at 2:04 order said it would be ready between 2:23-2:33, I show up at 2:25, I give her my name and show her the pickup time on my phone, they haven’t even put it in the oven it. It seems to be just her and one other guy there and as someone who worked on fast food, even at two pizza places (during football season!!) I know things can get a little jammed, I’m a pretty patient person. Here’s where I got upset though. She tells me it’ll be about 35 minutes, then told me she tried to call and tell me that my order would be delayed. But I have no missed calls voicemails or text messages, it’s very distasteful to LIE? Instead of just saying like hey I’m short staffed and I’ll get it out quick as possible, maybe even offer a coupon or discount or free something for the inconvenience. But I just said “right okay!” and walked away to wait. After about 15 minutes pass and she’s done helping another customer, I ask how much longer my order will be because I am now running late to a family event, and my order is still not in the oven. She tells me 20 minutes. During the time I’m waiting two more customers come in and she proceeds to tell them that she “tried to call them” only for those people to also look confused like they never got any notifications. When my food is ready she tells me not to forget my water I paid for from the fridge and to “have the day I deserve”. Mind you, I was nothing but nice to her, only expressing confusion at first and asking for an update. I’m not upset I had to wait cause a place of business was short staffed, it happens. It’s inconvenient but it happens. I’m upset and writing this novel because she lied to me and other customers, and was so incredibly rude to me. After that comment as I was getting my drink I told her, I would not have been upset had she not lied about calling me before I proceeded to leave. Never once was a Karen or raised my voice, just stood to the side and waited looking out the window, and she still chose to be rude to me. Literally everything could’ve been resolved with a better attitude and customer service.

I normally like alcolades not grimaces but the manager did not make eye contact, ask me my name or anything. After politely waiting 10 minutes, as more folks arrived without anyone acknowledging me, I finally asked "could someone please check on my order?". The response from behind the counter was "it's not ready yet". When I said no one had asked me my name then so.eone stepped up to give me my pizza which had been under the warmer almost the whole time. I understand workers are probably acting their wage and I respect that. AND just ask me while you are tossing please. Thanks y'all.
