  The lady there told me they didn’t have ice for my Dr Pepper and then slam the window in my papaws face,but then the manager came over and said sorry and offered to put ice in it but my papaw said it was alright,just so u guys know there was a new girl there and the lady was putting a bunch of pressure on her,and I think that lady needs to cheer up and stop treating people like crap even her co workers!!!!.

  This location seems to be incapable of getting an order correct, what part of only ketchup do these people not understand.

  I’ve been a regular morning customer at this location for months now. I’ve overlooked the constant employee tension in the back on many occasions. What I cannot tolerate is being viewed as an imposition by the staff when I approach the counter to place an order. This morning the staff was content to let me just stand at the counter indefinitely. When I called attention to the fact that I had been waiting, I received a rude look from a person whom I think was the line manager. She asked another employee to take my order, which lead to more employee discussion on who was coving the front. If your only concern is manning the drive-through, then close the inside. But don’t treat customers who want to dine-in like they are of no value or just an imposition. Needless to say, I left and went elsewhere.

  This is thr third time in two weeks that this McDonald's has screwed up my order. I've had to show the receipts to get them to correct it. I don't know if it's a summer hire thing or something but they need a serious refresher in quality control.
