  The drive through workers tried to give us a bag of food they had taken back from another car. Which I'm fairy certain is against food safety laws. We have no idea if the food would have been touched by the people in the other car. And we're pretty sure when we asked for new food they just changed the bag the food was in versus giving us new food given the speed at which the employee at the window brought back the new bag.

  My cheeseburger looked like it was stepped on. I've had it with McDonald's. It's just not worth it anymore. It's a McRipoff now. I gave 2 stars because the people were nice.

  WORST MCDONALDS IN JOHNSON CITY, about a month ago I ordered a bagel on the mobile app, at the speaker I was told they were out of bagels and to get a refund inside, I stood inside for 30 minutes before I found the manager playing with her kids with no shoes on at a booth. I asked her if she was a manager and she said yes I told her about what I was told about the bagels and she replied “what we do have bagels?” So I stood there for 30 minutes just to be told they do indeed have bagels. The next 3 times I visited in a row I was given an incorrect drink and someone else’s order. Avioid this McDonalds at all costs. Drive down the road to buc deli and support local

  I’ve ordered from this McDonald’s multiple times and every time my food comes it is cold, the burgers look like they have been sitting out, the lettuce I receive on my burgers is always brown. Last few times y’all’s food made myself and my child sick Yall need to do better.

  Typical mchatefuls and the drive through order is always wrong. Order what you don't want.....maybe you'll get what you do want.
