  I was greeted by friendly workers in neat, clean uniforms, and the food was above average for fast food. It was fresh, hot, no stale lettuce (for instance). I complimented the woman sweeping the lobby, and she was grateful. I noticed the regional manager sitting there, and passed on my compliments. He was appreciative. I have seen a decline in McDonalds from 1980 - present. But i think if they keep this up (and not just when corporate is present), they can turn it around, back to the glory days of McDonald’s early years. .

  Our order was done inside, to go. We were shorted 2 items. Also, ordered a mango pineapple drink and was given strawberry. Polite staff, but they didn't pay attention to fill the order correctly.

  The workers hadn’t taken our order for over 15 minutes and demanded we leave or the cops would be called. Someone needs to really put these workers in their place.

  We work with door dash, the order came in before 12 pm . They flat said they didn’t start/make the order and wouldn’t do so because the time we got there was 12:05(roughly ) . The lady wasn’t very friendly with telling us just we didn’t start or even make the order you’ll have to call DoorDash support . I get they close at 12 but the order was before 12am .

  Ordered on the app. Arrived at the restaurant where I noticed the door handle felt like the restaurant is neglected. No one was at the register to greet me or notice I was there. I waited for over 6 minutes before the person working the drive thru acknowledged I was there. I finally received my food 4-5 minutes later. A lady appeared to take someone else's order after we sat down. I had seen her standing outside on the curb when we arrived. If the restaurant is going to be open, they should have enough working employees to cover customers. I ordered 2 biscuits, a coffee and a fountain drink in advance of walking in the restaurant and 10 minutes seems a lot longer when there is ZERO employee representation in the dining room side. I'm thankful the lady in drive thru saw me.
