- MHMelita HubbardMay 11, 20261.0First I tried to use the app to order because I had a coupon for a dozen of original glazed donuts for $7.99 between 5-7 pm. The app kept glitching, and it wouldn't let me order.So I went in store and asked the gentleman and he said it would be fine to scan the app in store to get my discount. Well, when he scanned the barcode within the app, it wouldn't bring up the coupon.So he typed in the phone number and it still wouldn't bring up the coupon. He went back and asked the manager the only thing she said if it doesn't scan then she already used it, the discount has been working fine all day. First off the deal was from 5-7pm not all day. Secondly, She didn't bother coming up front to look at anything or to see if we may have scanned or done something wrong. if I had already used the coupon it wouldn't still be showing in the app. Third, her attitude & customer service sucked. The gentleman up front was very nice and patient with the whole situation. Unfortunately, I left with nothing and I do not plan on returning. Just thought this situation needed to come to the attention of someone higher up. I understand people have bad days but she was just flat out rude!

My request brought a very non-compassionate response from Erik. My chocolate truffle doughnut was not as yummy after having to taste the pricky/sour delivery from the cashier. (not friendly)
