Did not offer to remake the sandwich at all. My first and last time ever. Enjoy my $25 it's the last you will ever see.

My husband called 2 days ago about them remaking our order because they didn’t tell us they were out of bread, made our sandwhiches wraps, and put things on the sandwhich I’m allergic too, and still wouldn’t remake our order in person even though they agreed over the phone. My husband went back in today to get it remade and Richard working front counter said he couldn’t remake the order, So I called back and spoke to the manager, AGAIN and he was really rude to me over the phone. He asked for the ticket number to review the order, we told him it was messed up yet again, and he told us to drive back and hand the sub over and he would remake. After we drove 30 minutes back home to eat and it was wrong, and we are told to drive 30 back to have it remade. It’s sad even regular customers can’t even get treated properly. Make me never want to return back again. Rude people don’t need to work in customer service!!!!
