  My son an i ran inside this chipotle at about 7:11pm on 7/9/2026 . It was pouring rain an when we got inside most of the employees where in the front talking..im thinking great we will be in an out. We walk over to the counter an my son n I stood there for what felt like an extra 10 mins before anyone said anything. Mind you,..were at the front, they are at the front, I dont understand what the delay was but just because im a black women with a child doesn't mean I dont deserve prompt service. An for the people at the counter to continue talking as im trying to pay an leave was just added disrespect. If they actually did there job I would of been in an out an they would of had plenty of time to talk. I added the time so yall can go back an look an then retrain these employees.

  I just received the most god-awful sloppy nasty burrito that I couldn't even fathom in my worst nightmare. Thankfully it did have the ingredients that I had requested, however there were a ton of ingredients that I really did not want. The burrito was inedible. Slop not even fit for a hog. They hit double wrapped it in aluminum foil trying to hide that it was leaking from 15 different places. It literally looked like they had took table scraps and wrecked them into a tortilla. The girl at the window was cute, but not very friendly. She acted like it pained her to have to go do something. Needless to say I'll probably never come back to this location.

  Another great location. Walked in and took my order right away. Just how I requested. Hot, fresh, and good. The chips... gotta get a better system for storing the chips.... stale chips got you 4 stars... if you're making them in house, I just can't wrap my head around why location after location has stale chips more than not. Other than the chips, all was right with the world at this location. Fast, friendly, and polite service.

  Walked in to try this establishment .Had to use the ladies room prior to order, on my way to the restroom which is across the restaurant and down the hall to the left I realized that the floors and tables don't look like they've been washed, knowing that the restaurant just opened it was 1115 am.I assumed it was leftover dirtiness from the night before upon entering the bathroom it was just a no there was no way I was going to use the bathroom there was no way I was going to order food knowing they do not keep the restaurant clean
