  This Chick-fil-A is on point! As someone who worked at one for years, I can confidently say that Emma who was taking orders in the drive thru on 5/11 at 2:40pm is a rock star. Management, you have a great team member!

  I love chick-fil-a! I go to different ones between Knoxville and Johnson City every year. In particular I go to this one every week on Wednesday for the last four years when I’m in Johnson City. Every other time they forget something; napkins, forks, sauce, almonds and most recently a bag of chips I ordered. I never had this experience with any other Chick-fil-A. I couldn’t go back for my chips because I’m traveling back to Knoxville. I thought next week I’d get my chips. When I came back the following week I was told by the girl they had a 24 hour policy and could not get the chips. It’s not about the $2 bag of chips, but the principle of the matter. She told me that new people bring out food and frequently make mistakes. That didn’t sit well with me, so here I am writing my first google review in my entire life. At the end of a hard day of work you look forward to small simple things like a bag of chips or a cookie or not have something missing like a fork or a napkin so you can actually eat. It’s disappointing and I could say I’ll never come back, but I probably will. Even if I didn’t show up again it wouldn’t matter because you guys have so much business. 😑

  Drive thru after work. Food very good. Staff helpful and conscientious. One recurring thing: ordering coffee from the menu during cold weather and arriving to not having any. Kids offered free soft drinks instead. If not keeping coffee available, please take it off the menu.

  Went yesterday with my boyfriend for a curbside pick up order, normally this location is good but we ordered 2 meals yesterday and waited over 20 minutes or so, felt longer. I tell my bf to just go in or contact them to why we haven’t been given our order since it didn’t looked packed or crowded outside during that time and no one else was waiting curbside either. Not like them. So he calls and someone picks up, and he tells them if the order was ready ? Since we’ve been waiting awhile outside…..she asks for his name And says nonchalant oh yeah it’s ready, (doesn’t even apologize or say how long it’s been sitting inside) we get our food and the fries were cold and the sandwich was mid warm not hot of course. I’m so tired to go back and ask for fresh hot fries and complain at that point we just ate it, unhappy. Please, fix this for future customers. No one wants cold food or nothing being offered for replacement or coupon or something for the mishap……
