  Food is very salty. Even the broccoli was drenched in salt. Butter also very expensive

  First time visiting bonefish. Nice vibe on the inside. Lots of covered outdoor seating. We had a great waitress and the food was excellent. My wife had the salmon and the sauce was amazing. I had the bang bang shrimp and bacon mac n cheese, they were both very good. I would have rated a 5 star but the service was slow. We were in no hurry and it wasnt the waitresses fault, guess kitchen was backed up. Not too big of a deal though.

  YIKES ! ! I'm struggling to find something nice to say about our meal here last night. But before you go further in reading my review note that at the bottom you will find an auto reply that I received from this review! That's kind of what we experienced here, auto service and auto food. For a quick start of nibbles, we ordered the crisp pickle chips. The meager serving sits on the top of a bowl full of cold chopped lettuce. Just plain weird. Of the group of 4, here's how the various items of our meals came out . . . The corn crab chowder was corn chowder with a hint of crab. French fries were lukewarm, a strange grey color, and nothing crispy. The coleslaw was a pedestrian mix of mayonnaise and cabbage. But AHHHHH, the signature dish of Bonefish Grill, the creation that made them famous, the one they feature in a banner on the top of the menu, the infamous Bang Bang Shrimp, surely that will be served with some pride. Crispy, tempura like, tossed in their special sauce and always so fresh that you pop them in your mouth like popcorn! Alas, they too came atop a bowl packed with cold chopped lettuce. And they too were cold, and they were slimy without a hint of crispy. Heck, half of them were just bare shrimp with no coating at all because it had slimmed off! Someone needs to take the chef aside and say that chopped cold lettuce does not make a presentation for anything! It's real purpose is to fool you into thinking there is more food there. It doesn't. Duh! Now to the service. Our first course plates sat on our table until the entree arrived and we needed to set them on the bench to make room for the entrees'. Our dinner dishes we're never cleared as we waited for 15 minutes or so before flagging someone to ask our waiter to please bring the check. We actually completed payment with the dinner dish is still sitting on the table. Dessert was never offered. Where is the manager? Where's the training? What is the chef doing in that kitchen; certainly not 'cheffing'! And please, someone, anyone that works there, go get that gigantic bag of chopped lettuce and throw it away!

  Bonefish Grill serves the best seafood, correctly cooked, in the Tri-Cities area. And for this, prices are not cheap. Service is outstanding. We love to order the Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos. When they are cooked to order, they are fabulous. A mix of crunchy, creamy, salty, spicy. However, for the past 2 visits, we have received Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos that were mushy like they were not made to order. It seemed like the chef made a whole bunch of them, put them aside, and then served them up when ordered. They were not crispy. The sauce had soaked the breading. It is imperative that they are made to order. We should have sent them back and asked for fresher shrimp. Perhaps we wont ever order them again. This is why I am giving Bonefish Grill 4 stars instead of 5 stars. I hope the manager reads this review.
