  The food was awful. The fries were terrible, the sandwich not much better. The woman at the window was rude. Her first words were $13. She took my card then stuck it out the window. It's one thing to be rude & hate your job. She practically spilled the drink on me ( not saying a word again.) She pushed the sack of food out of the window without saying anything!! I quit going to Arby's years ago because I thought the food wasn't good. I will not go back.

  My husband ordered a turkey sandwich in the drive thru and when he got home we find that the sandwich doesn’t have any turkey on it!!! I understand accidents and mistakes happen but forgetting to put “THE MEATS” on a sandwich is ridiculous! We will not be going back to this location. Don’t go unless you want to spend your hard earned money on food that they won’t receive!!!
