  I sat in the drive thru for almost 10 minutes before getting to place my order. When I started speaking the guy acted like he couldn’t hear me and repeated an incorrect order back 3 times. I eventually just drove off. The workers definitely need better customer service skills and training.

  Good food. Quick service. You can find some good deals on the app. Easy in and out from the highway.

  The food was awful. The fries were terrible, the sandwich not much better. The woman at the window was rude. Her first words were $13. She took my card then stuck it out the window. It's one thing to be rude & hate your job. She practically spilled the drink on me ( not saying a word again.) She pushed the sack of food out of the window without saying anything!! I quit going to Arby's years ago because I thought the food wasn't good. I will not go back.
