  The woman in the drive thru in the morning is absolutely spectacular other than that the rest are pitiful! They screw your orders up, you ask for a manager they won't come to the dang window. After they mess up your order or it's doesn't look right or it's disgusting they don't refund you. I thought the one in White Pine was bad but y'all have topped that! Do yourself a favor folks write this one off!

  Sat inside with my daughter for a quick lunch. The what I assume is manager is extremely rude to customers to their faces then goes to the back and talks shit about them for no reason at all. This was only observed and wasn’t done to me personally but watched several customers be treated this way in the span of 30 ish minutes. So sad.

  I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. I live just a few miles from this location. Most of the morning ladies that I’ve dealt with are wonderful, cheerful women. However the afternoon and evening folks are rude. As far as the food goes it’s a constant gamble. Most times I’ll go to a different location if I pass one on my way to or from work. Just so I know the food is worth paying for. Biscuits are ALWAYS hard, eggs ALWAYS dry and/or scorched, hash browns are either cold, overcooked, or just a lump of grease. And the order is ALWAYS missing something. The afternoon and evening orders are pretty much the same, plus you have to deal with getting parked to wait on your order. Buns are ALWAYS stale/hard, chicken (whether it be a nugget or patty) is ALWAYS dry or overcooked, fries are ALWAYS cold(or if they’re hot then they are undercooked), and there is ALWAYS something missing from the order. And it has been this way at this location for quite a while. If you want to get what you paid for you’re better off driving the few extra miles to another one.

  The short skinny guy making the food on the side that is viewable from the front counter had a bunch and was rubbing it on the counter and and then flipping it into the food tubs. Looks very unprofessional. I am ending up on throwing my burger out because I am not sure if he was the one that made it.
