  The employees there act like they dont understand if you have no customers you will have no job. They are not helpful and dont ever ask to customize any sandwich I was told by an employee that they have to make the sandwiches as they are shown on the menu because the owner is watching thru the cameras..

  Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone with a dairy allergy. I visited on [June 20 2026 ] I let the employee know that I have a dairy allergy. I asked the young man if they could wash any utensils they would be using to make my order and if they could please make sure there would be no cross contamination. The staff flatly refused to accommodate the allergy “They Could Not” I have worked for Jimmy John’s and I’m going to assume they don’t clean their slicers in between slicing cheese and meat. I will chop it up to laziness and poor work ethic. I understand some kitchens have cross-contamination limitations, the complete lack of effort or communication from the staff is frustrating. I will not be dining here again."

  Do Not Pay Any Attention To Their Online Menu ! I wanted the Veggie Sub. The Online Menu gave all of the ingredients. However, when my Husband went to pick up my sandwich it was $3.00 higher than it was priced. He asked why ? They said the Provolone Cheese and the Avocado Spread (as per the Veggie Sub on their Online Menu) were Optional Substitutes and they charged $1.25 for each of them ... even though these ingredients were included on their Veggie Sub on their Online Menu. There's no use to argue with them. They are right. The customer is wrong. I don't know who is responsible for their Online Menu ? No More Jimmy John's for me. I will make my own Veggie Subs.
