  brand new place. looks awesome. helpful staff. the bread was ... super dry. the rest of the food was fine. I'll probably go back and try something else sometime, but it wasn't as good of a sammich as i had hoped for due to the bread.

  We ordered 6 meal deals. The sandwich ingredients were all off. No oil and vinegar, cucumbers, etc. We have never had trouble at a Jimmy John's before and were excited that we finally have one in our town. I guess the employees are going to dictate the service level, and this is typical for our area (poor work ethic). We will stick to Jersey Mike's down the street where the manager is always making sure everything is perfect. I do hope that the franchise owner sees this, because they will lose business continuously if they don't get better employees.

  So disappointed at this location ( Sevierville ). Manager was so rude! Never had an experience like that, Unwilling to help correct a problem and didn’t even want to discuss the problem! Love JJ but won’t be returning to that location
