After ordering, the young man who take our order proceeded to fill the order, under the instruction of Heather (manager/supervisor?). After our order was fulfilled, I asked for condiments (mayo and honey mustard) and the young man got them. Heather rudely told him that he's supposed to charge for the honey mustard and then looked at me and said "he's still training, you need to pay for that". I had to reuse my debit card for a 27 cent purchase. It wasn't that I expected anything for free, but it was completely unprofessional how she addressed it...not only to her new employee, whom it's her responsibility to train properly, but also to a guest! On top of all that, my biscuit had cheese, which I didn't ask for. I had to wait for a remake and refund on the biscuit. If you expect to have good/knowledgeable employees, do better, Heather!
