  Literally waited in line for the drive thru for 20 minutes waiting to order with 2 cars ahead of me and 3 cars behind me. when the car in front of me finally got to place their order and drove on up to the window, I pulled up to the microphone I waited another 5 mins and no one ever spoke a word or took my order so I pulled out and left. Never been to a fast food drive-thru and had to sit in line for 25 minutes and still not even ordered yet. I stoped to get a diet cherry limeade. I couldve went in to Red Lobster and ordered an entire meal and been sipping on a cold cocktail eating an appetizer in the time I sat in line waiting to place an order here. It's called fast food for a reason. It's not supposed to take 25 minutes to place an order at a drive thru when there's only 2 cars ahead of you when you get there, and one of them has already ordered and waiting at the window.

  Maybe its just the one here in Jamestown TN, but the food isn't very good. The shakes are REALLY GOOD!

  waited 30 minutes for my food never got it i already payed for it i buzzed back in to get my money back and nobody ever answered the call so i just drove away without my food nor my money back this has happened more than once and honestly this is a fast food restaurant if you can’t get food out fast to people by bother be open. i also heard they had only two people working and that’s also ridiculous knowing sonic is a popular place so i don’t recommend coming here if your in a hurry and have limited time.also the guy that answered the call the first time was super rude.

  The worst restaurant in town! I've ordered from this location THREE different times in the last month and EVERY SINGLE TIME they leave the burger out. Then when I am made to drive back to the store they will only replace the missing item instead of the entire meal and then make me wait an hour for the replacement. I feel like this location needs new management soon or just close the place down... one of the two. Also don't even try calling to fix the problem with management. Their phone is ALWAYS off the hook. This location needs a complete new staff unfortunately. You can't fix this incompetence!
