It is literally always ridiculous on the wait, the restaurant is almost always dirty with extremely sticky floors and dirty tables, the food is nowhere near as good as you’re promised, and the service vastly varies depending on who is working. I’ve seen the kitchen swamped with no one waiting to order and the person up front just sitting there looking at you instead of helping get the orders out. I don’t understand what is going on here? Someone seriously needs to get it together or this place won’t last long.

And the food is nasty. I will never order from Jackson, TN Wingstop ever again and I dont recommend anyone else order either. Place has gone to shit since they 1st opened. Ok rant over. Food disgusting corn was dry hard and overly salty. Waited for over an hour and they still didn’t have my order right was just told oh well theres a lot of orders on the screen so basically so what. All the workers look dirty like they don’t bathe.Wont be back. If I could give negative zero stars I would.
