The couple who operates this franchise are always friendly when I come in and I have never had a bad experience with the food here. I will say it can be hard to understand what they are saying or asking just because of the accent. I will continue to keep this subway as my go-to

Never had a good customer service bone in their body!!! I used to work at subway and never have I ever heard of them charging more for vegetables!!! They are soooo stingy!!! And don’t even get me starting on how they over charge you!!! They need to be shut down ASAPPP!!! Never go here, DONT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME!!!! They’ll never get mine or my family’s business again!!!!!!!

The owners and staff have never been anything but nice. They've done several little things that I thought were great service that not everywhere will do. In fact most places these days are offering poor service. I guess this place is just a breath of fresh air. It will continue, if I don't bring my lunch to work, this is where I'll go to eat.

Between all this he was scratching his head. He had a mask under his chin with mouth and nose exposed. I left and would not order anything; too many food safety violations for me.
