    Food was good and came out fast, prices are what they are. Tiffany needs to learn to not argue with customers, a number 7 clearly states on the menu that it comes with chicken tenders, Texas Toast, tots, and an onion ring. She insisted it did not come with tots. On my other meal tots were ordered and fries were bought, she insisted that we told her fries. She needs a big lesson in customer service or should not be in a position to speak with customers.

    Burger was cold, tots were undercooked with barely any cheese, wasted my rewards points on a burger I could only take 3 bites of.

    Third time in 3 months I ordered dinner. They have it wrong This time they gave me one three-piece chicken finger but charged me for three of them I called in spoke to somebody who said her name was Kara and a manager and I said what do I do to fix it? She says on their app it's not her problem or Sonic's problem. They don't care what shows up there I said do I have to call corporate and she says yeah go ahead And then she clearly didn't mean it but said have a blessed day I would dispute the credit card charge on Monday and I just will find another place to go cuz there's one here on Van drive. Just doesn't give two figs about you or your order or customer service
