  The usual service, I had a large order of onion rings, and a chocolate milkshake... $10+tip onion rings were hot and delicious.

  Such great service! The worker there named Alexxi is wonderful! She gave me the best service possible! Definitely recommend giving her a good raise! There was a backup in the system and they weren’t able to scan my card, but she provided me with updates and offered to pay for my food! I insisted on waiting for the card to scan and gave her a good tip! Nice young lady!

  Just got two double cheeseburgers at drive thru. $16.00. The patties were like roofing shingles. Incredibly dry, as if they had been lying about for a while, in the sun maybe. Unpleasant.

  Everytime I order a reeses blast no reeses are down in it they are always just poured on top. I thought they are supposed to be throughout the blast. Well tonight I got one and damn if it wasn't the same way and now whipped topping is 50 cents per blast and I got all 3 with whipped topping and they only put a drop on it. I keep giving them the benefit of doubt but they keep failing and this done it. I called the manager and she said sorry they had someone new doing ice cream. We'll why are you not watching what goes out the door and why was he not trained correctly???

  Food was great but they charged my credit card twice. Spoke to the manager and she claimed she cannot correct it. They can bill me twice but not fix it? Never will I go to this Sonic again. I have been trying for three days to get these charges reversed. Very poor customer service. Will never....ever...order food from them again
