  Yes, I did an online order for pickup today and I arrived at 10:42 a.m. and they're supposed to been ready at 10:45. I checked into slot 2 and I had to call inside the restaurant and asked them where my drinks was at 10:48 a.m. and the lady brought it to my car. She was rude and unfriendly. The car hop name is keevis. Unacceptable behavior. Not presentable or professional. Had an attitude !

  Waited 45 minutes for 2 drinks ordering on the app. Saw multiple customers arrive after me & get their orders. Then multiple customers leave. Saw several employees walk out with orders they had no idea where they went, then employees come outside look around & go back in. I finally called the corporate number & explained & got a refund. Drove to another Sonic in town got my order in under 2 minutes. Just be aware going on Vann Drive.

  I did not have a good experience at sonic. We waited 45 minutes for 4 drinks and 2 orders of mozzarella sticks. The customer service was awful, and the employees were not happy whatsoever. I understand they could have been understaffed, but that doesn’t mean you have to have a bad attitude towards customers. Many cars were leaving even after ordering and paying because they waited too long and their order never came. We did a mobile order and after waiting 40 minutes decided to go through the drive through line to actually talk to the employees to get the status of our order. It wasn’t until we talked with them face to face when they brought our order. I would not recommend stopping by this sonic.
