  I did not have a good experience at sonic. We waited 45 minutes for 4 drinks and 2 orders of mozzarella sticks. The customer service was awful, and the employees were not happy whatsoever. I understand they could have been understaffed, but that doesn’t mean you have to have a bad attitude towards customers. Many cars were leaving even after ordering and paying because they waited too long and their order never came. We did a mobile order and after waiting 40 minutes decided to go through the drive through line to actually talk to the employees to get the status of our order. It wasn’t until we talked with them face to face when they brought our order. I would not recommend stopping by this sonic.

  Sat her for 24 minutes and they still didnt k ow what I ordered. We will never go back to that one!

  I ordered something simple or so I thought, just a large order of fries and nothing else. Simple right. Yhey brought the fries out immediately. They were cold and they were nothing but SMALL pieces from the bottom of the bag that NO ONE would ever eat. Sorry excuse for this and they should've known better!! I should've looked before I left but I figured you couldn't mess up something simple. BOY WAS I WRONG!!! Would have given less than 1 star but wasn't an option!!

  What’s the purpose in putting the “sauced” sticker on the bag and it’s not included in the order?? Clearly stated ketchup on the ticket but not in the bag! FAILED

  Whoever is cooking breakfast, do not enter the kitchen again please. It was dry? Not good like the other sonic locations
