We had the most amazing experience tonight! My husband said the cheese fries, his all time favorite food, were spot on and that the chefs did amazing! Our server, Ashley, was on point for the entire meal and couldn’t have been better!

Love the Outback Steakhouse in Jackson Tn. They offer an extensive menu of delicious food and our server, DC, took excellent care of us. The takeaways.....their parking is seriously lacking, particularly for disabled patrons. An easy fix would be to designate more disabled parking spaces. It's bad to have to walk across a busy street to find a parking spot. They could offer a senior discount or a senior menu, since they have a really nice kids menu. Going out to enjoy a great meal is one of the things my husband and I can still do. The Outback Steakhouse management should consider that 50% of the population is over 70 years old. Hence, they need to do the pragmatic math while they are brainstorming for new menu ideas. Everyone's going to get older if they are living.

Left before ordering. Apparently they are the Hardee’s of steak houses they were out of the first three beers I ask for. No longer serve the main appetizer and then found out they don’t serve porterhouse steaks. Got up and left. Why even open the doors. No wonder they had only a few customers See below for standard AI automated response that’s how concerned they are about their customers. They can’t even have a real person respond.

Great way to finish a weekend camping trip with my boys. Jayli was great, her manager stopped by and brought ice cream to my boys, their food was excellent. Will return.

The only positive part of this dining experience was how quickly we were seated. We never had bread delivered. We waited forever for our drinks. The appetizer was over cooked as well. The waitress was in such a hurry, she cut us off while speaking and didn’t answer questions, literally walked away while we were trying to speak. Drinks sat empty for the duration of our time there. (Well over an hour) I asked for a to go cup as we were paying, waited far too long to get it and then it was the wrong beverage. The waitress was always nowhere to be found. The steaks were ordered medium and came out well done. They had the food plated wrong, so we needed an extra plate to give one person their food. I’m not sure how they thought 3 people were to eat off two plates when 3 meals were ordered. One of the sides was completely wrong. When we are paying so much for a meal for our family, something we don’t get to do often, it isn’t too much to ask that things be prepared and delivered appropriately. The staff should also be more attentive and detail oriented. The entire experience was frustrating beyond belief. We will not be back.
