  It's a chain restaurant so you know what you're getting, and this one is a good one. The fries were awesome and my ribs were outstanding!!!

  The manager, Andrew, is very friendly and amazing. We had an issue with a vanilla gift card given at Christmas and just activated it and someone immediately stole the money off it, he gave us $50 off our meal! He’s very kind. Have always loved this outback, but I will DEFINITELY be returning for the kindness he showed me and my family.

  Ordered food to go. I arrived to pick it up and they said they were out of items. I asked for a refund. Never received the food or my refund. This place took $30.29 from me. I reached out 2 times on contact us and no response so I left review!!!

  Had a table of 11 came for birthday. Steaks smelled weird and tasted bad sweet potato was over cooked and super gross like it was bad. Salads were drenched in dressing. Waitress was very forgetful and slow on refills and getting steak sauce. Tried to charge us full price for a meal we didnt eat. Not the first time we have had horrible service and nasty food. Dont waste your time or money

  Alright, I had been looking forward to getting there for a little while. It’s my favorite place to get a steak. When I was given my plate, I ordered the filet, it seemed fine. I took the first bite and it was awful. It tasted like bad meat. After a career in the military I know what that tastes like. I asked for steak sauce, then tried it again. Same result. I spat the second bite into a paper napkin. I decided I would just content myself with eating the sides. It’s my favorite steak place and didn’t want to make a scene or commotion. The manager came over and asked how everything was. I was honest. He said he wouldn’t charge me for the steak and then took my plate away. His words were polite but his stance and bearing were not. I got a burger on the way home. This was in the Jackson, Tn location. I guess I’ll just hope it’s better in the future.
