  Went to Jack's on my lunch break. Had one car in front of me after 15 minutes of waiting I had to pull off with no food. Had to go back to work hungry

  Went through drive through and ordered a large Mac and cheese, bbq rib sandwich deal with fries and pie. Got 3 small COLD Mac and cheese along with rest of order. Wife was livid as she really wanted Mac and cheese but the coldness turned her stomach. It was really depressing. I’m talking cold from refrigerator cold not just Luke warm. Do better. First visit, doubt we will be back. Not impressed. It is a shame as sandwich and fries were pretty good.

  ⭐ 1 Star Very disappointing experience at Jack’s tonight. We arrived around 8:30 PM, and this location doesn’t close until 10:00 PM. Yet we were told, “We’re not cooking anymore.” At 8:30?! An hour and a half before closing? What made it even worse was the attitude when we questioned it. The response was smart and dismissive, as though we were wrong for expecting to order food from a restaurant that was still OPEN. There was literally no one else there, no long line, no crowd, nothing that would explain why they had stopped cooking so early. If the kitchen closes at 8:30, then the posted closing time should reflect that. Customers should not drive to a restaurant during normal business hours only to be told the staff simply isn’t cooking anymore. The lack of food was disappointing, but the customer service and attitude made the experience even worse. Jack’s, this needs to be addressed.
