- FQFelicia Quick4 days ago5.0One of Jackson Tn. best kept secrets when it comes to “service with a smile.” I had the privilege of meeting Brandy ( the manager) & also Shakira( one of the best employees) on my most recent visit. From the cheerful greeting walking through the door to help with me placing my order to answering questions about new drinks , Brandy was amazing. She was interested in me and my non-profit organization and took time to hear about it & ask for information about it. The commitment that Brandy has in improving the store, community relations where children are involved & can see Dunkins as more than a coffee shop is above n beyond any other in Jackson . Above all her “people” skills means more than anything else. You can tell her employees love n respect her & enjoy working with & for her. They are a family. The building/bathroom was spotless, smelled clean & was a place you keep coming back to above others. Stop by n vicst Brandy & the gang at Dunkin Doughnuts on Stonbridge Drive in Jackson,Tn. You won’t be disappointed. (hot & cold coffees, refreshers, lattes, doughnuts, sandwiches, meals, protein drinks, wraps, snackin’ bacon, )etc. ..
