  Horrible service. Food was not cooked properly and I found a hair in one of my pizzas. The restaurant was not clean and the employees were very rude. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. Parkstone place in Jackson, TN.

  I guess I’m old-fashioned because I still call the store directly to place a delivery order. I don’t use GrubHub or DoorDash. But after being left on hold for 45 minutes straight, only for someone to finally answer the phone with an attitude like I was inconveniencing them, I’m done. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 15 years, and it’s wild how quickly terrible customer service can erase that loyalty. There are too many pizza places out here to spend money somewhere that treats people like they’re a burden for ordering food. Thanks for reminding me that common decency is apparently a limited-time special. Being respectful costs exactly $0.00.

  We had a power outage repair over on FE Wright last week and the workers at Domino's catered us with some hot pizzas for our service and I just thank the worker Trinity for all she did for us.......

  I ordered from this dominos location 2 times while staying in Jackson. The first time I paid full price for lava cakes and waited in the lobby forever just to end up with 2 out of 3 lava cakes because 1 was dropped on the floor. Tonight I ordered for delivery to my hotel just for my pizza to arrive all smushed because the box was turned sideways. I wasn’t given my receipt, so I called and they said they was gonna take a pic and send it to me, ( I have to turn my receipt in to my company). So even though I paid a delivery fee plus pre tipped the driver, I now have to drive to work he dominos to pick up my receipt I guess, because the never sent it.
