- JLJordan LeeMay 8, 20261.0The minute I walked in there was an attitude of I don’t care. I had ordered through DoorDash and the dasher messed up and DoorDash wouldn’t fix it. I went to the one on van dr. And the nice gentleman sent me over here to get it fixed he was amazing and very helpful. I found out later that the woman I talked to at this location was the DM of the 2 stores and she was a complete B. I am a manager myself and I would have never given such terrible service she didn’t care about the problem at all. I wouldn’t have minded paying for the order again because the only thing the store messed up was not putting the receipt on the bags that got switched. I get food cost and inventory and all that jazz I do but I will never do business with a person and business that feels it’s ok to give off hostile and negative energy to anyone. I almost never go to this store anyway because this isn’t the first time I've received such terrible customer service. If she is supposed to be the example and the expectation to the people under her it’s a wonder how they are open. She needs to do better!
