I said that’s not right for the price I’m paying it needs more and they went to get their manager then they refused to add more without adding an 8$ up charge. I had to walk out. I am a fine dining chef with 9 years experience in tapas, small plates, sushi, etc… and I know food costs, they skimp you out here BADLY. Terrible service. Not to mention the very messy kitchen and dirty environment. Dirty dishes everywhere with food smeared on every surface other than where it should be. The dining room is always a mess. And the employees are very dirty with food all over their uniforms. As well as the floors and tables are covered in past guests food. They don’t deserve your dollars. Don’t bother with this place just down the road there is takos barukas and they do much better for cheaper. 🤝

When we arrived the building had 2 customers, yet the drink station and the floor was an absolute mess with trash and spills. One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Chipotle, I won’t be back.

The guy in front of her wanted it but was told she gave her the last one. Terrible service. It’ll make me not ever come back. Then while I was ordering she came back to start the other hispanic girl order and was skipping all over my food as the other server was making my burrito. I wish I could give this experience a 0 (no stars at all).
