  Food is acceptable or on par with other chipotles, but this store is consistently one of the worst for customer service. Perpetually overcharge me, which I never complain or comment about. (I travel extensively all over the country and get just chicken and just cheese on a burrito and most stores bring it up as a chicken three-pointer). This latest visit was absolutely the worst and has concreted the fact that I will never revisit this location again. One lady was working and she was rude. There were four other people who doing other odd jobs while there was a line and the restaurant was an absolute disaster. My favorite part was when the lady who was making all of the food, did not take her gloves off when cashiering everyone. This was strange because there were so many plastic gloves laying around on the floor. Someone clearly had the wherewithal to replace them. It just was not the person preparing the food. I am not a health inspector, but I can only imagine the significant number of violations that occurred on this particular evening. Do yourself a favor and go to another restaurant if you’re passing through Jackson.

  Terrible experience. They were literally out of all of the meats as well as no chips at 5:30pm. We walked out as well as at least 5 other people. The restaurant was dirty as well. The employees had no initiative to cook any more food.

  This is worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. They are not following the regulations set by Chipotle. I am from up north and love Chipotle. But after visiting this location a few times I am finally done. They have extremely inconsistent service, small portions, and a regularly broken-down drink station. They need to be investigated on their portion sizes, especially when giving out steak. Employees do not give the amount they are supposed to, especially the steak. And if you ask for more they will of course charge you double. They literally gave my husband a few pieces of steak, and when he asked for a little more they charged him 5 dollars more for a few pieces! I had a rewards barcode for a free kids meal, and the cashier got irritated when I tried to scan it because apparently he hadn’t been trained how to and had to be helped by the manager. The only reason they stay in business is because they are the only Chipotle in the small city of Jackson.

  The place was disgusting. Dirty, out of most food. Place wasn't busy and plenty of workers. They did have a little chicken and it was the saltiest grossest meat ever. The carnitas container had some liquid in it and when I ordered it she pulled some slimmy looking meat out of the liquid and said see we have some. Not sure why I actually ate it. I've never been to a chipotle that was this bad. AVOID THIS PLACE. A national chain usually has standards. This one doesn't unless gross is their standard. Based on all of the other 1 star reviews I guess it is.

  Went for late lunch about 2 pm. Place was packed. Garbage overflowing inside and out. After waiting in long line, no chicken, no fajita veggies, no cilantro sauce, almost out of steak, lettuce about gone. Just a bad day I guess!!
