Nobody during the day can prep enough for the night and nobody at night cares.. fire them all starting with the manager because "it" runs downhill. They are frequently out of things, like cheese.... its ridiculous. Here's a suggestion, when you're running low on chicken, throw some more on the grill instead of waiting to completely run out.

I stood in line for 30 minutes only to find out that they’re out of a whole bunch of stuff and the person cooking the food was the same person who was alternating her time to work the assembly line. If they are so severely shortstaffed, they should just shut down for the evening.

The store hours are until 11 but only the drive thru was open so I could not pick up my order any other way. The food was obviously cold and there was no apology for the employee.

I watched the lady make the order behind me. When she was done , she just set it next to mine and then she took a 3rd order. After that I decided it was time to go somewhere else.

Most of the food options were unavailable, so we asked a simple question about the Kids Menu. Instead of answering, the employee just stared at us and shook her head in a rude way without saying a word. As our order was being prepared, the employee practically tossed the food toward the cashier while giving us dirty looks. When we politely asked if there was a problem, she ignored us, walked away, whispered something to her coworker, and they both laughed while looking in our direction. Everyone can have a bad day, but treating paying customers with this level of disrespect is unacceptable. Customer service costs nothing, and basic courtesy should be expected. If I could give zero stars, I would. I hope management reviews the cameras, addresses this behavior, and provides better customer service training.
