  I stopped by Buffalo Wild Wings expecting a quick bite and a good experience, but unfortunately that was far from what happened. I walked in and stood at the front counter waiting to be seated for over 10 minutes without a single employee acknowledging me. No “we’ll be right with you,” no eye contact, nothing. It honestly felt like I was invisible standing there. What made it even more frustrating was the fact that the restaurant was not packed or overly busy. There were employees walking around, servers passing by, and staff behind the counter, but nobody seemed concerned that customers were waiting at the entrance. Customer service starts the moment someone walks through the door, and that part was completely missing during my visit. The disappointing thing is that I actually like Buffalo Wild Wings. The food is usually solid, the atmosphere can be fun for watching games, and I’ve had decent experiences at other locations. That’s why this visit stood out so much in a negative way. A simple greeting or acknowledgment would have gone a long way and probably would have kept me there. Instead, after waiting long enough to feel ignored, I finally decided to leave and spend my money elsewhere. Hopefully management takes customer service more seriously moving forward because no customer should feel unwelcome the second they walk in the door.

  Just an overall terrible experience. From when you enter the place, you wait forever to be seated/greeted. This last time (and it will be the last time) i was there we dined in, took forever to get a seat, then, are waiters, didn't see us for nearly thirty minutes. Not only that, I ask for extra sauce on my chicken, and this chicken had no sauce on it... The food was that good, and the service was worse. They would have to do some major changes to get my business back.

  Great food and service. Our waiter Stacey was fantastic. She was super helpful and sweet. The manager was great as well. Everything was great.

  This place needs to be the standard for Buffalo Wild Wings throughout America. Stacey our waitress is absolutely amazing. And the manager was very friendly as well (don’t know his name. Tall white guy with glasses). The other workers there were very friendly as well. Best service we’ve ever experienced at a BWW!

  I’m so disappointed with my recent experience. This was the first time I ordered online. We normally dine in. Not only is the online ordering service ridiculous to navigate, but when I arrived to pick up my order the service was no better. I stood at the counter for several minutes as waitresses walked pass without acknowledging me. Two people walked in and waited to be seated. A waitress walked over looked at me but turned to them and proceeded to seat them. After standing there for nearly 10 minutes I flagged down a waitress who told me someone would be right with me. It took another 4 minutes before that happened. Finally someone came over to help me. It took another 3 minutes before my order was ready. When I got the food home, I was disappointed further. The fries were dry and tasted as if they’d been under a heat lamp for a long time. My wings were over cooked and extremely bland. My husband’s wings weren’t as over cooked as mine but they were bland. This is the first time this has happened. When we have dined in, the service and food were great. Needless to say I won’t order online again.
