  I’m honestly impressed by how badly this visit went when I was literally the only customer in the restaurant. It wasn’t busy. There wasn’t a line. There was absolutely no reason for the horrible service, yet somehow my order was still wrong, multiple things I asked for were unavailable, and the employees acted like taking my order was a massive inconvenience. The attitude was ridiculous. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable—I was simply trying to order food that was actually on the menu. Somehow that turned into an ordeal. Then, after dealing with the rude service and being told they didn’t have several things I wanted, I STILL received the wrong food. Usually when a restaurant is busy, I can understand mistakes and delays. But being the only customer in the place eliminates that excuse completely. If you’re looking for an Arby’s experience where you can be the only customer, have your order messed up, be told they don’t have what you want, and get treated like you’re an inconvenience for spending money there, this location has you covered. Apparently “We Have the Meats” doesn’t include the ones you actually ordered. Definitely won’t be coming back.

  Ordered the turkey bacon ranch sandwich combo and my sandwich was great and the fries were fresh and hot.

  No sauce was given or offered from drive through. Not happy as sandwich just comes with meat and bread. Every other Arby’s I have been to at least puts packets in bag.

  Arby's is favorite go-to drive through, just don't be in a hurry.
