  I’m not one to complain normally, but today I stopped by at 11:54. It took 10 minutes for the cashier to come out front, she was making orders for the drive through. After ordering I watched tic tok videos for twenty minutes until my order was ready at 12:25 And my meat was refrigerated cold…And the thing about it was , I was the only one inside the place!!!

  Couldn't understand the lady behind yhe counter, and she almost over charged me if I didnt point it out. Also, to Arbys corporate management, your prices are outrageously high. $17 for a sandwich, fries and a drink. Your greed just lost a customer.

  App was incorrect about having a product. When I tried to pick up my order they wouldn't give me any of it since they didnt have the BBQ which was only one part of the order. Would not substitute it for a cheaper item and now im chasing my tail to reach someone for a refund. I understand not having something but refusing to give me my order after I have paid is unacceptable and making it so hard for a refund is ridiculous. Staff was rude about it as well like I did something wrong. Won't be back to this location ever again.

  Just ordered a turkey bacon ranch sandwich and got the end pieces of the loaf and almost no chicken at all. Drenched in ranch and lettuce and one piece of bacon. Every other location does it right but this one. Do better

  We’re traveling across states and we stopped to get food. My daughter wanted Mac n’ cheese for dinner and I didn’t want fry food. So Arby’s was perfect for what we both wanted. I saw the reviews about the service being slow, so I ordered 5min. ahead online while my husband got food elsewhere. By the time we got there the lady was sweet, had my order ready, no wait, and it was correct. Thank you!
