    No sauce was given or offered from drive through. Not happy as sandwich just comes with meat and bread. Every other Arby’s I have been to at least puts packets in bag.

    Whole place was dirty. No one had on hats. Cooked food being handled with bare hands. No hand washing to be seen. BLACK MOLD EVERYWHERE. DRINK STATION, WALLS, DOORS.

    I’m not one to complain normally, but today I stopped by at 11:54. It took 10 minutes for the cashier to come out front, she was making orders for the drive through. After ordering I watched tic tok videos for twenty minutes until my order was ready at 12:25 And my meat was refrigerated cold…And the thing about it was , I was the only one inside the place!!!
