  How can you not have toilet paper and paper towels in the bathroom and you been open for an hour.

  So I tried calling the store because I’m old-fashioned and still prefer speaking to an actual person when placing an order. The first time I called, I was left on hold for 30 minutes straight. When someone finally answered, they responded with an attitude like I was somehow the inconvenience. I placed a simple order: a medium garlic parmesan stuffed crust sausage pizza. When the order arrived, it was completely wrong. Instead, I received a sausage pizza covered in mushrooms and green peppers, and I’m highly allergic to mushrooms. Trying to report the issue through the app did absolutely nothing, so I called the store back. Like clockwork, I was placed on hold again for another 45 minutes with no resolution. So now I’m stuck with a pizza I can’t even eat and money I worked hard for that I apparently won’t be getting back since nobody seems interested in contacting me. After 15 years of being a loyal customer, this experience honestly sealed the deal for me. Customer service costs nothing, and being respectful is literally free. And to top it all off, the store advertises that your pizza will arrive in 20 minutes or it’s free. My order definitely did not arrive in 20 minutes, yet somehow I’m the one left taking the loss.

  I went to Arby's around 2pm in Jackson today. The place was empty so it wasn't busy. I ordered the chicken sandwich and curly fries but didn't look at the sandwich. I ate the fries while driving home. I got home sat down and bit into the sandwich and the chicken wasn't tender and the bun was burnt. I was so disappointed because I had my mouth really for that sandwich 😡

  Poorly staffed and unconcerned employees. Waited 20 minutes for a (singular) fish sandwich. Drive through customers waiting in very long lines. Wish I had read the reviews before stopping.

  We typically like Arby's turkey ranch bacon sandwich, and order it with very light ranch. This location seems like they laughed and said "watch this". The sandwich was soggy and swimming in ranch when we got to the hotel. On another note, I thought I would try the Gyro and, wow. Just.... wow. I can't scrape my tongue off enough. Never again. Too bad the dishes I recommend section (below) don't include water, because that's probably all I would suggest. 🤢
